When my computer crashed Geek swuad was able to bring it back and back up my files to a hard drive.

So far on day 2. Good choice. Geek squad guys were Great. Very carefull & knowledgeable about product.

my experience with geek squad has not been real impressive. the main problem i have with it is sitting and waiting forever before anyone starts to help you. I called a store today to get help with geek squad and the gentlemen tried every thing he could to get me to call applecare instead of helping . after i was firm with him he transferred me to geek squad.

Have used Owasso, midtown & south. All good. Prefer midtown & Owasso in terms of information supplied.
