my experience with geek squad has not been real impressive. the main problem i have with it is sitting and waiting forever before anyone starts to help you. I called a store today to get help with geek squad and the gentlemen tried every thing he could to get me to call applecare instead of helping . after i was firm with him he transferred me to geek squad.

The geek squad has been helpful. We have had to use them on different occasions.

I bought Geek protection. I have protection and tech support for 3 of my computers.
