    Was sent the wrong watch. Then the stupid return policy didn’t make it any better. Customer service is now an AI robot which made it even worse. Best Buy used to be the best but after this…

    i bought this & when i received it it wasn’t the correct one i asked for apple watch 46mm & i got a 42mm. i would return it to actually get the right one.

    Came with the wrong sized band. I called about the issue and was told that since it was refurbished there was nothing they could do and I would have to return it.
