I purchased one for my wife for her birthday she wanted an upgrade from her current one. When it came I thought it could have been better packaged, but it was refurbished so whatever…When opening the box it was wrapped in bubble wrap with no product information whatsoever. It had scratches which my wife could live it but what really took the cake is when setting up the new watch she couldn’t get pass the previous owners information due to security that was set up by that owner. When I take the item into replace or return they gave me a hard time due to nothing on the watch could be verified outside of the email showing I just received the item the previous day. So for all of that you do better buying a new watch and Geek Squad/ Best Buy need to do a better job before shipping or selling pre owned items.

Purchased a refurbished series 10, 46mm M/L but the band was a small. Best Buy customer service said the only way to rectify was to return my order and reorder. I paid for expedited overnight shipping on the original that would not be refunded as part of my return. Didn’t want to pay for next day twice so I kept the useless band and reused my old band. I was hoping for a $20 credit to get a new band and call it a day but they said no can do.
