Did not get everything

Had to exchange same day it was delivered. 2 of the same side band and Watch was all that was in package. Couldn't even wear it. No manual either. Had to drive 45 minutes away to take it back. I just exchanged for a new one. Won't ever but refurbished again. But I love the watch.

Came Cracked, No Customer Service Help at all

It came with a cracked face, went to the store to return, they would not take it back. Mailed it back, per the instructions in the shipment bag 1 week ago and have heard nothing. Absolutely disappointed. I can not get anyone to respond, have NO idea where it is and apparently that it my fault for following the instructions in the bag. So, buyer beware.
