Great headphones. Just not for me. These did not fit my ears well. Everything else about them was good!

The fit is good and will stay in your ear during a workout. However, the sound quality want as good as I had hoped. My older AirPods produce a better sound.

Fit is awesome, sound quality is perfect, and I love the slim carry/charge case!

so far so good , even tough I set up spacial audio and removed it still feels like audio goes from one ear to next when moving. The noise canceling is awesome for mowing the grass .

These are amazing! I have an issue with them never staying in my ears but the little flap helps it stay put! And the sound is amazing so I’m very pleased I wish the noise cancellation was better but maybe I haven’t figured it out just yet

Great EarPods, doesn’t seem to have any damage and looks and sounds new, only downside is there was no medium sized ear tip despite the description saying it would.

Great so far. Sound is great. Battery life is great. Happy so far.

These headphones are great, BUT if you are ordering the "Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" version, you should know that there is a a very good chance that the item will not include all sizes of earbud tips. I bought this item, returned, and ordered again. Neither of the two refurbished items included a complete set of earbud tips. I'm not here to act as a consultant for Best Buy but I hope they read this and take appropriate action. It's a waste of all parties' time, energy, and money to ship and reship this until you get a complete set of earbud tips, if that's even possible. Buyer beware.

I placed my order for these refurbished beats because quite frankly I didn’t want to pay full price. After placing the order I decided to check all the other reviews and got nervous about whether or not they will come to me intact and with all parts. They certainly did. Everything was there, perfectly working, clean. I’m impressed.

Bought these as a gift. I was concerned that the refurbished designation would show in the appearance and performance, but boy was I wrong. These inner ear buds are fantastic. The sound quality is flawless and the item’s appearance was nothing short of brand new. Easy to connect and battery lasts a really long time. Geek Squad is amazing.

I dont know how this are refurbished just tried my luck on this but its a solid win its like new

Love these earbuds for listening to streaming music and podcasts. I'm no audiophile but I find they generally sound good to my ears, but mostly I love the in-ear detection, the auto-pairing with my iPhone, and the ability to make them beep with Find My when they fallen out of my ears overnight.

These earbuds have been working wonderfully well. The only negative is they don't produce enough bass to my liking. Never had any problems with them falling out.

They work well and stay in during workouts. I enjoyed them but do wish they were easier to find when lost

I bought these because i didn’t want to spend on apple buds and so far I’m not disappointed. Device Works great and battery is decent but I wish that the case was a bit sturdier.
