A: It comes with everything except the medium ear tip sizes. Only small and large come tips are included. I tried ordering two different pairs, and both came without medium tips. I ended up just ordering a replacement set of tips straight from Apple. Turns out the medium tips are pretty small compared to the large anyway. I usually wear medium tips, but because these are smaller, the medium only fits in one ear, and I need to keep wearing the large in the other ear. I might try some third-party tips instead.

A: Apple and beats are the same When it comes to their AirPods beats Profitts they’re all still Apple products and you can call the regular number for repairs it gives you about a year under warranty
