Great quality.. Long lasting battery & great sound

Not a bad product, but not the best. The good: sound quality and a sleek design. The bad: they don’t stay in my ears and connectivity during runs was spotty.

I been looking for a good pair of wireless earbuds for a while. All the ones I bought were not the best and battery life was not good. This head set was very comfortable and clear. I only have one problem with it is that when I take off one side every thing stops playing, I guess that’s also a good thing if you speaking to someone

Works well. The are comfy and the soft ear lock is why I bought them. I makes it so they do not fall our while I'm riding my bike. I'd like the charger to be wireless, but otherwise, just right product.

Only one earbud worked, but I was able to return them and get something better

Great sound. Easy setup as it has the apple chip in it. The only minor issue is that it keeps getting loose and sometimes falls out of the ear when working out. Have to see if other earbud sizes would help.

I got them in mint condition and when i checked the warranty coverage for these, I couldn’t find one. So i called Apple and there they offered me 1 years limited warranty on the date of purchase for these. So I got them as good as new for half the price.

Okay product if using indoor and not so loud areas. I needed for outdoor hands-free daily use, ended up returning for another product. Battery life was not the best.

In great condition. The sound is great overall and so is the fit.

Favorite in the ear headphones I've ever owned by far

Buds seem great, app works well, etc., Problem is interaction/transaction with Best Buy. Shipping took longer than expected or promised, but I can live with that, its a logistics nightmare out there right now. But the Buds showed up with no tips and when I contacted customer service they said that was correct since they were re-furbs. Thats ridiculous. Its like sending a laptop without the plug. They arent useable as is. Cmon Best Buy you can do better.

noise cancellation is good, fit comfortably, great for being refurbished

Solid earphones, great bass, and the bluetooth works excellent even across the room. However, the curvy part that slides in youe earlobe hurts after an hour or so.
