They fit perfectly and are in perfect condition. They just forgot to give me the rubber buds but customer service at 23rd st gave them too me no charge.

Need more quality control on the referbs

Tho the referb pair I received were incredibly dirty like someone spilled soda or some other sticky liquid on them, and the buds had obviously been replaced and there were no ear tips on them or in the box. Saved money on the buds, but lost money buying silicon tips. They work well tho.

I can NOT get them to stay in my ears.. I have tried all sizes of ear tips from xsmall to large. Not one of them will stay in my ear. I wish the silicone wing was longer and I could find a tip to properly fit my ear.

Missing ear tips

As others have noted, these do come without the standard size ear tips. For me those are almost always the best fit. Unfortunately I have to return these.
