Great but hurt my little ears

I have small ears so I don’t know if that is the issue but if you wear them say 23 hours a day every day for a week I get a sore in each ear.

Already have the AirPods Pro and these work exactly the same. Got these to run and exercise because they have the ability to hold in the ear extremely well.
