    This is rhe first time I have purchased a refurbished product and I have to say I am very happy. They were like new. The only weird thing was that they did erase the name of the previous owner, had to change that myself.

    They were great until the wing tips ripped off. They are not replaceable or repairable. They lasted me about a year and a half of workouts until they fell apart. Now they won't stay in without the wing tip.

    Sound & quality of product is GREAT PER USUAL! But for an active person they do not stay in your ear easily. I even bought the rubber tip that you can change according to the shape/size of your ear canal. That did not help at all. Also while working & working out I had a sweat band around my head/ears the headphones were EXTREMELY sensitive so music kept stopping and starting with any slight movement. I ultimately returned them due to the sensitivity because that was just overly annoying.
