    Love the way it connects to the iPhone since it’s an Apple product. It’s fits well in the ear but not a fan of the sound quality. Had higher expectations from a beat product.

    These ear buds arrived with only two ear tips, not the set of six - AND the two were different sizes. Therefore, they can not be used without ordering a set of ear tips to use. VERY DISAPPOINTING SINCE IT STATES THAT A SET OF 6 EAR TIPS ARE INCLUDED. These are a fairly cheap part that BEST BUY should make the extra effort to be sure that they are included.

    Bought this refurbished Beats fit pro hoping it was as good as new. Upon testing it, there was a crackling sound on the right ear bud and you would nees to push the volume up to get a decent sound. This unit was apparently not tested by Geek Squad as advertised. Returned the product the next day. I would still consider buying a NEW Beats Fit Pro.

    Got these today and they don't seem to be Geek Squad refurbished. The earbuds look a lot more like they are pre-owned and used a lot. The ones I received weren't even clean and they were missing the standard size ear tips that they should come with. Disappointed with this order...

    Shipped without rubber earpieces, had to take the pieces off of a old set of earbuds. Right earbud sometimes crackles a little while playing. I won’t be buying refurbished anymore.
