Dirty and no tips

The case and earbuds were filthy. I had to clean them before I attempted to try them out. Also, there were no ear tips. I had to go and find ear tips that would fit, but just barely as they don't stay in my ear. The left unit could only reach 98% on full charge and lose charge quicker than the right one. Between the filth, no ear tips, no instructions and them not staying in my ear, will never do this again.

I know this was a refurbished item, but even so, it said it included everything the original did. Well, it didn’t. It was missing a pair of the tips. Returned it, bought a second pair, same issue. They should pay me gas money for having to drive up there twice because of their mistake

They fell out several times while riding my bike and general workouts. The sound is pretty good overall when they stay put. But as soon as any sweat gets in your ear, game over, they fall out.
