Purchased these with high hopes. However, out the box they wouldn’t connect to my phone. The pairing button on the case wouldn’t work. Suck because the price point was nice. In the end it was too good to be true.

Disgusting!!! Can't believe Best Buy would even resell such "refurbished" trash. So disgusting I had to use gloves. Didn't even try them on.

they sent the earbuds uncharged and with no silicone tips! can’t get them to connect or even turn on!

Buyer beware faulty wing tips on all of these models. Apple will not replace with limited warranty.

The connectivity can be spotty, but any problems I’ve had are in the same locations where I’ve had problems with all Bluetooth headphones. I’m picky about the fit of earbuds and I really like these. I mostly wear these the gym they stay in place and are super comfy. I wasn’t sure how they’d fair over the noise at the gym w/o noise cancelling, but the sound is pretty solid.

I’m very happy with these. I was skeptical for years about buying buds because the first-gen versions never stayed in my ear architecture. I primarily need some thought for working out and a snug fit is imperative. I also needed some because I got my ear pierced and my regular over the ear headphones are impossible to wear right now. After reading tons of reviews, it seemed these might be the ones and plus I got a great price for refurbished ones. Turns out they are super super snug with the wing design and also have a ton of bass and noise cancellation that I wasn’t even expecting. They’re great, love the little case that keeps them charged too. I love that i can pop them out to talk to someone and then as soon as I pop them in they immediately start playing my music again. I like that I can use Siri to look something up or jump to a song. Recommend these.

Headphones are perfect: noise cancellation works really effectively and the battery life is solid. The bass works very well and instrument separation is decent too. 100% recommend this over regular AirPods and AirPods Pro considering the price and the fact that they're good at device switching and work perfectly with apple products.

These are amazing. Best ear buds I have owned. Traded from beats pro with the ear hook to these. The little rubber finger on these really work. They do not move. Can run, exercise, pull a sweatshirt over my head, These stay put and don’t fall out. Work seamlessly with my personal and work iPhone, magically switch to the one I need. Nose cancellation is awesome. Have been on several airplanes and wow - noise canceling is a feature I don’t want to be without, game changer. I’m super picky, and I love these. Bought my wife and mom a pair and they love these also. All 3 of us found these to fit comfortably for several hours of use. Case lid is chincey but I have carried these in my work bag for several months and no issues. I would by these again in a heartbeat.

One of the rubber earbuds was broken almost ripped off and the case was full of earwax

I’ve been using these earbuds for a couple of weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The sound quality is excellent—clear highs, solid mids, and surprisingly deep bass. The fit is secure and comfortable for long use, and the battery life easily gets me through a full day. I also like the compact, sturdy case that charges the buds on the go. Pairing was quick and seamless with my phone, and call clarity has been great. Definitely worth the purchase!

These beats fit pro headphones are so amazing ! The sound quality if your into rap and hip hop and even Latin music ! Everything is clear and hits with deep bass ! I will say that in terms of this item being refurbished I did have to purchase my own ear tips because medium was not in the box . Thanks to other people who have also mentioned they were missing ear tips I went ahead and bought them ahead of time . If you can get passed needing to get a pair of ear tips then these will be a great addition to your phone. The wing tip cause my ear fatigue at first but after about 2 weeks of constant wearing it is no longer a bother anymore and they fit perfectly for running or working out in the gym .

Purchased these as a refurbished item. The case and earbuds themselves have no signs of wear and seem to work perfectly. The items came in the original box. The only change is that it included replacement (new) rubber ear tips and a new USB-C charging cable, these items appear to be Insignia (Best Buy house brand) items but they work fine. The only difference is the replacement tips are black so they don't match the grey ear buds - that doesn't bother me. Very pleased with the performance - It's great how easily and automatically they pair with my iPhone and iPad. The buds switch back automatically from device to device depending on which one I am actively using, which is awesome. The active noise cancelling and transparency modes both work very well. Battery life has been fine so far, I haven't actually run the earbuds dry of power yet before putting them back in the case to recharge. A great feature is that when you replace the earbuds in the case, the current charge level for both earbuds and case is displayed on your iPhone or iPad (not sure if this happens on non-apple devices). My only gripe is that the actual case for the earbuds is rather large. I also own a pair of Jabra Elite earbuds, the buds are similar size but the Jabra case is literally half the size. I can easily slip the Jabra case into the small watch pocket on my jeans - the Beats case, not so much. Nevertheless, I highly recommend these ear buds. The Jabras I have are also great and I still use them, but the little 'wings' on the Beats makes them hold in place much more securely than the Jabras for physical activity. I would say the Jabras are slightly more comfortable in my ears, but the Beats are not bad.

Ive tried many different earbuds and to me they all either completely fall out or get so loose they feel like they will. Bought airpod pro 2 a few months back and wanted to love them but they just would not stay. Came from samsung so i also have the galaxy bud pro 2 and they fit better but dont work work iphone well. I cant seem to get any features to work besides the basic functions of any headphones. Airpods definitely have better noise canceling than the beats have but it works good enough for me. Other than that they mostly work the same. Spatial audio with apple music sounds good and siri works like ap2. In my opinion the beats get louder and sound just as good. If your looking for some buds that wont fall out the beats are the way to go. I haven’t experienced any discomfort from them either as ive read on some reviews but they may have smaller ears than mine. Also bought refurbished and everything came in perfect condition. Definitely recommend.

I’m a delivery driver and got tired of having to constantly switch earbuds from one to the other out of the charging case because of poor battery life. I will listen to podcasts, audiobooks and music throughout the day and sometimes be on conference calls for hours. Not sure if I ever officially timed it but they would usually get me through at least 6-8 hours of playback. I’m a musician and sound quality is important to me. These headphones are FANTASTIC! Sound quality is great, call quality is great, noise cancellation is great and battery life is great. Plus having the ability to summon Siri hands free if you have an iPhone?! What more do you want in a pair of earbuds? I will say there is a chance they won’t fit your ears, they don’t fit for my wife who has a different inner ear shape but they fit me PERFECT and I’ve gone on long runs with NO ISSUES! I purchased them refurbished on Best Buy and just made sure to give them a good cleaning with some rubbing alcohol and they were good to go, no issues. And the $$$ savings was great! In comparison to the Apple air pods pros 1st gen . . . I’ve done a side by side comparison and THESE ARE THE BETTER HEADPHONES

Great sound and amazing features... have spotty connection from time to time but worth the price. Excellent battery life and secure, comfortable fit.

These work perfectly with Apple devices. They're crisp and clear, comfortable to wear and don't fall out of your ears due to the design (I've never been able to wear in-ear headphones without an extra piece that goes behind the ears). I have two pairs so that I always have one pair fully charged. That being said, the charge lasts a long time and the case recharges them quickly.

love beats, and i got them refurbished, but have had them over a year now, and still use them everyday. i love the way they fit in my ears, and the noise cancelling, and ambient noise are really good. hope they do come out with another, but i don’t know what you could do better with these they are amazing. the battery life last a long time, and even if the battery gets depleted, it takes a few minutes to charge up.

This earpiece is the first wireless earpiece I have owned which has not had a tendency to fall out of my ear when exercising or with sudden head movements. Once the earpiece is inserted and twisted to engage the loop in the ear crease, I have no concerns about losing it. The earpiece is comfortable in my ears, even for longer periods of time, whereas earpieces with loops that extend over the outer ear interfere with my glasses and have caused some pain on the back of my ears. The sound quality of this earpiece is fine and the noise cancellation for this earpiece is satisfactory (although not as dramatic as an over the ear headphone). Recharging the earpieces via the storage box is easy to perform (but you do need to have a USB C connector, rather than a Lightning connector) and battery life is fine for normal usage. These earpieces connect almost immediately to my Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and iPod) when taken out of their storage box. Phone calls are easy to make and the sound quality for calls is very high. I am quite happy with my purchase.
