    they’re good headphones. can’t wear them for extended periods of time due to the stiffness of the wingtips that hook into your ear.

    Do not do anything refurbished. Barely a month later and the right earbud is already going out and I can’t return it now. They just started not connecting reliably as well. Junk.

    There is a problem with the headphones I can hear fine but everyone tells me they can barely hear me and when I went to beat buy to get help I was told I have to go to the Apple Store they can’t help me
