Amazing pair of earbuds I use them almost everyday

The sound quality is great but the wing tip has spilt. Where can I get it repaired?

Worked fine at first but the right one dtarted to get static and then started to ho out. When I tapped it would come on.

These earbuds were not comfortable. The sound quality wasn’t even close to a $160 earbuds. No EQ customization available. The case is too big, flimpsy, and feels cheap. Not worth the price. The basic Airpods 2nd Gen sounds better. I tried something new, but this is why I don’t lol. Got the Sony WFXM5 instead. Cant top that. Best of luck to you guys shopping for the best earbuds. I tried the Airpods Pro 2nd Gen too, but the sound quality and ANC went to Sony.

They are Exactly what I expected was easier to set up

Was ok. Prefer the over the head models. Good at blocking out noise though. Returned

Had to return and ended up buying brand new (not refurbished) beats pro instead. They would never connect right. One side would work and not the other. Also the right side looked as if a small dog or toddler had been chewing on it. Which really wouldnt have botherd me as long as they would have worked.

These are a refurbished pair they have a constant buzzing noise in them.To the point it hurts my ears. They also connect to other things around.I’ll hear my tv through them. I am returning these as soon as I get a chance to drive them back to a store.

I don't know why I bought refurbished, I still see an issue, sometimes the audio just cuts and I get disturbance in audio.

Trash . Charge doesn’t hold noise cancellation doesn’t work well. Best Buy is definately not a place to buy refurbished products! They don’t do a good job.

Seem to have some issues with shutting off on their own. There was ear wax in the case too since they were refurbished.

Best buy barely cleaned the charging case and earphones, had a foul odor like some already used it for hard labor. But the biggest disappointment came from lack of earbud tips. Can't even use this thing right out the box. Felt like they just rushed the packaging without double checking the items inside. Wouldn't advice purchasing refurbished version. Buyer beware

I got them and definitely they great. I have changed my mind on Refurbished items. I paid less and got a awesome product and thanks BEST BUY. Life battery 100%

Came with no ear plastic covers except super small ones.

Did not fit well in my ear. Not built for a running. Felt they were falling out just walking. Fit my brother well.

The sound quality is good but they are not comfortable. I would rather for for Earpods for the same price.

Damaged right ear speaker, when i went to return i was 3 days late. A waste of money to buy.

Bought to replace a lost pair of same model Beats. Could not get them to maintain BT connection to any of 3 previously connected devices. Seemed to link while buds in charger but immediately fell off once buds taken off charger.Buds seemed to charge ok. Reset buds numerous times and rebooted devices but no connection . Was any QC done during refurb. Very disappointing. At least the return was easily accomplished. Pinglet

Huge Fail! Was supposed to get charging cable, ear tips, warranty, and start guide. All I got was the earbuds and the right one is totally broken. HORRIBLE All Best Buy said was "sorry" and ordered me another one which was more expensive. Ummmmmmmm
