So far they work really well. They truly are noise cancelling, even without music playing

I wold be more comfortable with them if they stayed in my ear, also the quality isn’t what I expected.

Unfortunately I received a bad refurbished set. The left ear bud kept generating a good deal of static making it hard to use. I also did not feel that wearing the ear buds were comfortable.

This Is a great product for Christmas gifts and birthdays will be ordering this again

This is my first experience with refurbished technology. I bought the same headphones new, but they were stolen. So I know how they are supposed to sound and behave. When I first received this I there were no medium ear tips, and one of the small were missing. I used some other ear tips from another pair of headphones to make them work. When I put them in they were pretty messed up. If you click the button, it made a loud hissing noise on the side you clicked. The noise cancellation mode didn’t work at all. It just made low hissing noise but I could still hear every small noise around me. Once again, I’ve had these headphones a week ago, so I know that normally they work great. First and last time doing refurbished.

So, I have ordered headphones from here for years, but I have to say these are the worse headphones I have ever received. I get it's refurbished but they literally ****. They did not come with all the earbuds, specifically the small one's, and they also pop in my ear when they are on a loud volume. They were not properly inspected like they have been previously in years so I completely understand why best buy is where it is today. Dang. I use to love yall.

They work great to enhance the sound and even better to drown out noise.

As others have stated it’s a crap shoot on what you get. Mine had no medium sized earbuds or charging cable and also had ear wax all over the earbud. I don’t think Best Buy even test or looks at the “certified refurbished” devices. For 50% off I figured it was worth a shot and I just got a dud. I do think Best Buy should do a better job to at least clean and make sure all the parts are in the box at the very least

My kid love them he use them for running and they stay on place.

I planned to use these a lot during the day for my job but they make loud noises and cut out after a few minutes on a call. Would not recommend to anyone who plans to use for work calls.

It’s minimalistic but it falls out the ear if you lean over or get jostled. Same issue as the air pod and air pod pro.

The earbuds were old and scratches everywhere plus the earbuds wingtips came ripped on both sides.
