A little to small for me

This is a personal preference nothing to do with the headphones directly.

Missing Eartips | Buyer beware

The other two sizes were missing. Best Buy said I had to return them in person and they would ship me a replacement. The second set arrived with zero pancaking and two of of the three pairs of eartips that were supposed to be in the box. Their "Geek Squad Certified Refurbishment" quality control is clearing lacking.

I can't understand what's the hype

Even without considering that, I can't understand the hype. The box is flimsy, and overall feel is cheap. The much hyped fit is just average. For just $20 more I much prefer AirPods Pro 2nd gen.
