They were missing the medium tips no big deal just spend $6-7 on new tips this also solves any question them being sanitary

One of the best refurbished products I've bought.

One of the only downsides is the lack of wireless/qi/magsafe charging capabilities. The fit was very good for my ears, and I didn't have the previously mentioned problem of not having the "medium" earbud cover be missing in my package.

But only a three star rating because although they stay in well, after about a half hour they begin to hurt my ears. I mean literally.
