Great features. Terrible for someone with small ears. Painf after an hour and falls out of my ears when I talk, smile, or laugh. So basically unusable for me.

It was worth getting them for my girlfriend she loves them

The earbuds, no matter how much I tried, did not fit correctly in my ear. The medium and large were too big and was starting to give me jaw pain that wouldnt go away until i stopped using them. They also keep losong connection to my phone and starts playing a wind like sound that is annoying when you're trying to listen to music. Dont buy them. Buy bose instead.

One of the earbuds would not charge above 90%. In addition, the overall fit was uncomfortable.

Worth the money. Good value for considering the retail price.

They work perfectly just disappointing that the earbud tips weren’t included in the packaging

First i received a loght bulb instead of earplugs i dont if this was with the bestbuy or the delivery and i complained about it and got the replacement but it was kind of used ones with smudeges and the case cap is very loose and feels cheap

Headphones fall out all the time. I’ve tried every earbud size given to adjust and does not help. My return date was less than 30 days so I didn’t get a chance to get back and return them either. Not super thrilled.

The packaging was fine and the condition of the actual headphones were okay. Unfortunately, the headphones did not have the foam tips, so I couldn’t even use them. I had to go to my local Best Buy and get them exchanged.

NEVER AGAIN DO NOT BUY GEEK SQUAD. What a WASTE of time and money in the heat for what was OBVIOUSLY garbage to begin with. Tested? Lol. They dont even TRY the reset button. Cause it just a solid red light even 15 yo could not "fix' Thanks best buy ill stick with amazon

First of all I ordered a pair of these earbuds as refurbished. The first pair I got were missing the medium tips so I called and Best Buy immediately sent me another pair to switch them out. The second pair I received was also missing the medium tips but in addition to that also had earwax smeared all on the inside of the carrying case. My question is did anybody even look at this pair? So I kept the original pair and sent the other pair back with the earwax. Still missing the medium tips I went online and just bought my own

The right ear bad control does not work. The sound is fine

Does not fit in my ear even with the smallest ear bud . It always falls out easliy and could be louder

Does not connect to phone even after bringing them to geek squad

I purchased the item a week and a half ago, and it was delayed. When I finally recieved the earbuds i opened it and wasnt even able to try it. The ear buds and the ear bud attachemnts were filled with ear wax. I immediatley went to best buy and returned them. How do you sell a product without checking it?

Product came with missing cable, missing 2 pieces earpiece rubber.
