overall okay. but they don’t always stay in my ears very well. i mainly got them for the gym, and they do a fairly good job there, for waking around tho, i use wired headphones because i’m afraid to loose one. so, glad i got them refurbished and not new

They do the job BUT the battery life is not the best, I have trouble with calls as well. People tell me they can’t hear me but they can hear my background… if you can get the beats fit pro, get those instead!

Refurbished ear buds perform like brand new! No issues at all and I paid half the price! I will look into more refurbished items in the future. Definitely worth it!

The sound was good but the ear pieces didn’t fit so they wouldn’t even stay in my ear.

This was an excellent gift for my daughter! The price was perfect and they fit in her little ears too.

Absolute garbage. Dealing with the volume quality on these have drove me crazy. I've tried to google, bing, ask, etc for some help but have ran in to many dead ends. I felt as if though my music was whispering to me and tried many different methods to turn up the volume. But... nothing worked. There isn't a "volume up" button on these and even the app doesn't support turning up the volume. I attempted to reach support line but they were honestly better off in the garbage. That's where they will remain.

No issue with delivery. Sound quality is nothing like AirPods. The battery has an average span. I’ve tried both sizes to the adjustable ear pieces and they still slip out. When I first connected to them the kept trying to connect to every close by phone. The battery lifespan keeps popping up nonstop now even when it’s not out of battery yet and it glitches the percentage of battery.

Didnt have the ear tips in there at all so now i have to pay more money to use them. Im not purchasing anybting from here again cause if yall were going to do that you should have said it in the details.

Purchased these refurbished Beats thinking it's such a great deal and was looking forward to testing the quality. Unfortunately although the product is as they say "Geek Squad Certified" it doesn't make any difference at all, the product was missing the ear tips and when I let them know at the store they stated nothing can be done about it simply refund. Very disappointing.

Very good purchase, the Beats Studio works perctly, I have no complain about them.

They fall out of my ear alot so if you have tiny ears i wouldn't recommend & the sound keeps going in & out

First week I got them the right stopped working have not dropped them or anything just stopped super disappointed

Decent headphones. Sound is just ok in opinion. At the price point I got them I’ll say they are mid.
