Q: Do these work with iPhones? Older model iPhones? Do they work with Samsung? Galaxy...Note....?
A: Iphones, androids, Bluetooth compatible devices in general. There are some iphone specific features but it also emulates those with Android phones. Good for any modern phone.
Q: There were no instructions for use and Bluetooth setup where can I find this information?
A: There is only one button on the case when you open it all you have to do is press and hold that button until you see that blinking light and then connect it to your phone or computer.
A: I got mine in a new shape, just without the box.
Q: Will they be cleaned and fixed if refurbished?
A: In theory, yes, but I just received a certified refurbished pair of earbuds with someone else's earwax all over them and the case was covered in dirt.
Q: What is the warranty in this item?
A: Do not buy refurbished!!!! Buy brand new cause these are the worst
Q: Can these be used on a hp laptop?
A: Yes, go into Bluetooth settings
Q: Do they come in a box like a new one?
A: They came in the original box, but it was in fair condition. However, all Beats will not be the same. It depends on how the Beats were returned.
A: Yes and no. I currently have my bests paird with my phone, tablet, and 2 HP computers. However, you can only listen to one divice at a time. There might be an eaiser way, but I just turn on bluetooth for which ever device i want to use them with. (Or with my phone i just turn my BT off until it pairs to the other device and then turn it back on to work with my car and watch.
