Bad buds, bad service Dont buy

They did offer to sell me a new pair at full retail.

DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED

The right earbud would vibrate out of no where and can’t use it. I had by the 22nd to return them to the store, but couldn’t cause of working overtime. I wish I could have returned in the mail, sense I had them delivered.

I gave them to my husband who also agrees that the aren’t the best headphones for phone calls. They also did not come with buds. I’m guessing because they were refurbished. Sadly I ended up reordering airpod pros and passing these along to my husband
