They also sometimes have a had time connecting to my phone but overall it is a great product. The sound quality is amazing.

Don't waste your time

The physical buttons are inconvenient, the fit on my ears is not really that good, and the bass is completely missing. I dropped the case one time, and the lid is permanently bent. The sound quality is okay, but other than that, there's really no other positives to these earbuds.

Refurb works well but was not clean

Clean and crisp sound, not bass heavy
