Sound quality is good but the range is not u basically have to carry the phone with u at all times.

I love these and have had no issues despite them being refurbished. You can tell they had been cleaned and everything. The only thing is I wish it came with a longer cord and also it did not come with a block to charge it with which was frustrating because both ends of the cord are usb-c vs regular usb on one end. Also, one annoyance is that the pause/hang up button is on the end of the headphone which also is where you kind of have to grab it to insert into your ear so I’ve hung up on people a few times accidentally when adjusting them.

They are loud and sound nice sometime they connect and sometimes they don’t

First and foremost - you have to know if your buying these refurbished, your not going to get at least 1 set of ear pieces. Most likely, the mediums will be missing. Was not a problem for me since I use the large ends. Work and sound like their brand new. Saved a ton of money as well! Nice clear highs and the bass you’ve come to expect from a beats product. Folks you can buy silicone and foam pieces for cheap. Don’t hesitate.

I love the way these feel in my ear. I don't notice them while exercising and they never come out. The sound is incredible as well. I can't recommend these enough. I lost a bud on my first pair and didn't hesitate in purchasing another pair.
