I was pleasantly surprised that although these were refurbished, they performed just like the pair I purchased. I got these to have a back up just in case melt other pair went out. I ended up using them more than the pair I initially bought. They arrived with all the ear tips as well.

I love the battery life on this thing. The sound is amazing

I like the sound, design and the color. The two things I Don’t like are that TWICE my package came with Only Small and Large silicone earbud tips. You Can’t get Medium through the Refurbished purchase. I tried getting them Twice. No luck. Also often I hear some crackling going on in my left earbud. It seems to go away after a bit but it’s a Clear sounding Crackling too.

I bought these as a refurbished item. They were still in the plastic and had all of the accessories that originally come with a new product. So far no problems. The sound quality is fair. They lack a little in the low end. Overall decent sound. I would like to have a slightly larger plugs as I have a larger ear canal. They do fit decent and have never had one fall out, however they do need readjusting now and then. I would definitely recommend these earbuds.

Had to exchange due to left bud being defective but new pair work just fine. Sound quality is great. Only issue is that they are hard to keep in your ear.

Amazing!! These are $300 brand new. Great quality!! Amazing sound! Best Buy did great cleaning them and refurbing them.

These are fantastic. I enjoy listening to music and books. Now I can clean house and listen to music or a book.

Refurbished. I think what actually took place was someone bought a new set of Beats and put their old ones back in the package and took them back. When connected they are called "Eric's Beats". My name isn't Eric. Battery life seems awful short. Shorter than my Apple AirPods which these were going to replace. Not so sure these were ever refurbished. Don't think I will be making another such purchase. I saved a lot of money from new, but question the refurb aspect of this item.

I love my Beats. I don’t even have to have music on to shut out sounds, just put the buds in and turn on. Boom, instant cancellation of all noise. They fit very well and come with sm, med, and lg ear pieces. BUT, don’t set them down by themselves or they will run away. I’m on my 2nd pair in a week cause I didn’t put them back in their case and lost them. Just saying.

They work great even tho they are refurbished. They were missing the regular sized ear bug insert but otherwise cool.

got these as a gift & I loved them. they’re louder than air buds I had before, the noise cancellation is actually noise cancelling ha ha. Overall great product.

The quality is good. It blocks out the sound it’s just that the battery doesn’t last very long.
