The sound is not very impressive, it's actually not even comparable to other brand name earbuds. It is acceptable though, mainly due to the price being a little lower. I'm happy with everything else.

Bought two one works great but the other has static in the left earbud. Must return for a replacement. The other one works great and has nice full spectrum sound

Walking around they listening to a tour guide app they were great. On an airplane not so much. If I put the plane’s headphones over the Beats it work good but I had to be very still because the pause button was pressed.

These were purchased as a gift, and he loved them. The price was great as well not to mention the quality. Although I purchased the refurbished item. He couldn't tell the difference at all. Overall, a perfect 10/10!

I got 4 pairs and everyone loved them...easy to use abd you can't beat the quality of sound...definitely buy again and recommend to others!

I love these more than I did the airpods I had previously. The sound quality is great and they fit better in my ears since my ears are on the small size.

Great sound but they do not stay in my ears. I changed the rubber cushions and I still have the same problem. I bought 2 one for me and one for my son. Same thing happens to him. I’m now switching back to the air pods . Sound is great fit not so much.

First refurbished item I have purchased from Best Buy and I have to say I am disapointed. I saved $$ which is good, however the ear buds looked like someone just tossed it in the box. The ear tips fell out and were rolling around, I lost one (or my dog ate it), when I hold them both in one hand there is loud feedback/wistling. I’ve never had this from Beats ear buds. Everything I read says this happens when they have ear wax in them. Maybe I set my expectations too high. When I have purchased refurbished items from Apple you could never tell they had been refurbished. The earbuds themselves work great but the lack of care in the cleaning and repackaging concerns me.
