Transparency feature always you to still hear everything around you while using the earbuds. It took me a minute to get how to adjust it in my ear especially because I was use to using AirPods. Very easy to use and set up. No issues so far.

Overall condition was like new, no scratches or other imperfections. Product performance is great - great sound, noise cancelling as expected. Transparency mode is nice feature. Would purchase again.

Not a great fit for me

The part of the earbud where they joined the 2 parts of the outer shell rubs against the inside of my ear. Pretty uncomfortable for my ears, but the music sounds great and it’s a small and discrete package especially for the price of $80!
