The only issue was the poor packaging of them. We understand they are refurbished but it still nice to get product in original packaging as much as possible.

Not worth the price

From a full charge, my buds will die within 2.5 hours of use. Because of sound and comfortability, I rate this product 3/5.

I had accidentally ordered a set of refurbished beats, but since they were out of them, they actually gave me a new pair which was great. I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks now, and they do not disappoint.

So far we are not impressed and having a hard time keeping them from falling out while we are doing our thing. Haven't had much luck with the noise canceling part either, still hear everything.
