I gave them 2 stars because I like the features with the app such as modes and button controls. I bought refurbished because I prefer not to give China more money, so I figured a used version was better. They disconnect from my Samsung phone mid-call. They dont stay in my ears well. And sometimes the music is really static when connected to my Garmin watch. Im not sure a cheaper version wouldnt be better.
