    Received in the mail and the ear buds were just flopping around in the box not even in case, the medium size tips are gone and the case had a lot of ear wax in it! Figured being geek squad certified they wouldn’t have been like that.

    Just got mine today and so far so good. Appears as good as new. I did have to charge before connecting as they were very low, and as stated missing ly medium bud bit lucky for me the small fits me best. Good as new at a very discounted proce.
