They are good for music

On phone calls, the other person always said things like are you in a tunnel or you sound like you are under water. For music it was fine. Connection was not bad.

I really didn't notice when I brought the beats. They make a gurgling sound when you put them in your ear and they didn't stay charged long.

They didn't come with a manual, being refurbished I guess I didn't mind because i found instructions online. Quality product and have had no issues with them.
