They didn't come with a manual, being refurbished I guess I didn't mind because i found instructions online. Quality product and have had no issues with them. Charges quickly and fits comfortably in my ears.

Did not hold charge

Sound quality is lacking

I had bought a refurb and the unit actually looked very good, so no problems there. I think the reason they had a lot of refurbs from returns is that the sound quality is just not there. I was coming from Air Pod Pros that got lost and thought these would be at least in the same league, not so. I have a pair of generic beaters that sound about the same as these. The only reason I give 2 stars is that they do support "find my..." from the iPhone app, so that's a plus.

Not A Great Beat

The charge is know longer than 3 hours . The sound is pretty good however not work the price. I will take them back for a refund. I need some more ear bugs
