WAS VERY IRATE .... 1st time that BEST BUY made me so disappointed in 25+ years....It would have been shameful if I had walked in BEST BUY store and showed the packaging .... no one would have believe me. OH, the earphone did not even work, WORST I WAS MORE IRATE HOW THEY CAN SHIP AN EARPHONE IN A BROKEN/TEAR UP BOX ..as mentioned, the 1 extra earbud was outside the RIP UP box

Even the person in customer service couldn’t make it happened n her phone. So disappointed… it’s a beautiful pair of earphones. Just returned them. I have no idea what’s their quality sound
