DOESN'T WORK WELL WITH APPLE

While on a call and I try to connect the buds, the call always drops. I feel like the only thing that works well with the iPhone are the Airpods.

There is good bass but overall sound is not great. Also did not include all the eartips. Avoid them. Spend the extra for AirPods.

I would have never ordered a refurbished item for a Christmas gift. Second they worked one time and now they aren't working properly. The return policy sucks also and the people at Best Buy are not helpful at ALL! My purchase date was 12/10/21 but they were ship to me for a Christmas gift so I didn't receive them on 12/10/21!
