I could hear my television playing and kids talking over these at max volume!! Needless to say I’m glad I found my AirPod and would have returned these immediately if I actually had time to go to the next town to a ups store… so I wasted 75 dollars on junk that was partially refurbished (if at all) by Best Buy!! Totally disappointed, but still not sure if the beats are trash or the refurbish job, either way I got screwed

Purchased on line. They arrived without different size rubber inserts. Then had to purchase an adapter to charge them because my Apple charger wouldn’t work. Disappointed to say the least.

Also only included was a pair of small ear tips. One large and one medium. Now i have to go buy a new set of eartips before i can use them. Very disappointed from bestbuy. Makes me question their “Certified” standards.
