    They are ok. Not reliable with iphone. They sound ok but not great. The battery doesn’t last long but there’s a case.

    Refurbished headset came with missing ear tips. I went to the BestBuy store in Springfield, VA and they refused to exchange them or give me the missing ear tips. I am very disappointed in the purchase. Now I have to spend $20 for a pair of 1 set of medium ear tips. I will never purchase refurbished items from Best Buy

    I bought these and i thought they would sound brand new, ik these are refurbished but be so fr.. The noise cancellation aint cancelling nothing when i connected these to my phone the battery percentage was already messing up. I am disappointed with this purchase and i want my money back.
