    Piece of crap the speakers don’t work charging cord is garbage and after dropping twice it broke so yeah not best product won’t be buying again and can’t get a refund

    Buyer beware! Although being Geek Squad certified requires that all original accessories be included with the product, ours did NOT come with the alternate rubber insert sizes, which was the #1 reason we bought them. *Luckily* the default size is a good fit so far, but this is the second device I’ve purchased in as many months alleged to be “Geek Squad” certified that is empirically *not* (the other was a monitor with a thick line of dead pixels). As a former Geek Squad member, i hope they officially get their ish together.

    These in ear beat have performed flawlessly. I purchased them thinking they were new but they were refurbished. I was doubtful at first but they have performed well and are better than airpods because they they don’t have the long stem hanging from your ears.
