They are not noise cancelling and a few weeks after I purchased them, they stopped working intermittently. I went to the best buy website and I was past the return by deadline by two days. The return policy is less than a month. Probably so they can sell "refurbished" items that will break shortly after buying. 0/5 do not recommend.

Because it was in 'good' condition, the best buy associate said it can have missing parts. But how do you use the earbuds without the tips????!?!??? Very disappointed.

Will find another option to purchase electronics in the future
