Bad service not kept informed

That order was canceled without an explanation. Only found out when I called because new ear buds were not received. Was send a return label but I had to buy a return envelope

Don’t believe the hype!

I bought two sets, one for each of my kids. However, they don’t hold a charge! After an hour or so, they die. It takes awhile to charge them as well. Bad deal.

Both times they did not function properly. I figured one time being off could be refurbished not being up to snuff but the second time I decided its not a coincidence. Best buy told me "well that's what you get when buying refurbished" and Apple told me they just cannot help me beyond "reset them". The issue is a sound hiccup every few minutes when listening to music or audio books. I cannot recommend this product less.

Poor mic quality
