There is no quality control, the ear cushion pieces were missing. These are very uncomfortable in your ears, hard to figure out how to place them. The noise cancelling capability is just fair.

I bought these beats wireless headsets but they wouldn’t connect or work. It was a waste of time. Eventually I had to go to the store and return them.

Where is the USB cable to charge

There should be a usb plug to plug in the wall everyone don’t have an updated laptop to charge the headphones. I did buy these refurbished and it may be missing a part.

Dead on arrival.

But I was expecting better packaging. I downloaded the app and attempted to connect the headphones to my phone. It was a no go. There was no light, so i figured its not connecting because its dead. I plugged it up left it to charge for a couple hours. Still no green light. I returned.
