Too much static

You could either have active noise cancellation or transparency mode. Both of which added static/ white noise to whatever i was listening too. I ended up returning these.

On top of that, it is dirty… The app is not letting me print a return label… I recommend not trying to same money on a refurbished item. Buy new or not at all…

NO CHARGER INCLUDED ON REFURBISHED BEATS

I think whether or not the item is new or refurbished they will likely need a charger. Needless to say my grandson could not use his Beats Christmas day. Very dissapointed.
