Not only did it not come with a charger, but also did not come with the cushions to put on the bud itself. I thought certified refurbished meant it was almost new. They didn’t even attempt to make it look nice. The box was even taped together!

I'm not sure if it's because they are refurbished, but it shouldn't have any bearing on whether or not they pair. I do know how to do the process but these will not work, so they're going back.

The earbuds case, but the buds weren’t in it. They were lose in the shipping container. Plus missing some of the earbud tips. Very unhappy with this.
