Amazing ! Refurbished but still works great and no damages !

Good condition considering it being used, just a few scratches in the chassis, works great for productivity and the screen is very clear and bright.

Love this. I love getting a geek squad refurbished MacBook. I feel like I’m apart of a great secret. I got my sister a refurbished MacBook and it lasted her literally 9 years!!!! I have never purchased a MacBook brand new, I always look at open box/geek squad certified or refurbished. I loved this particular MacBook because of the finger unlocking feature.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I did not want to buy my 11-year-old a brand-new Macbook and decided to buy this one instead. The packaging was not great, and the charger looked a little dirty, but the Macbook worked perfectly, and she didn't realize it was new.

Fast, strong, and reliable. Few blemishes it has are barely noticeable. A great MacBook to use if you’re in school or working.

Unit was in great condition just some minor cosmetic wear and tear but it runs great and is exactly what we needed since I didn’t want to spend over $1k on a laptop.

Laptop arrived on time - works great with no issues. There is a small cluster of "pixel anomaly" in the lower left of the screen but it is not severe enough to warrant returning the laptop. That's something I would have expected to have been resolved before it was shipped. The keyboard and surface was a little smudged on arrival.

Returned within 1 week. The battery health says 99%, but it drops pretty quickly, even with just 2 apps on and low screen brightness. I'm certain it can't last up to 6hrs with moderate usage. It also heats up more than expected. However, it looks okay, although with a minor dent in the top left corner. It comes with a charger. I'd rather buy a refurbished one directly from Apple since it comes with a new shell and a new battery..which are 2 of the major things that matter. Of course, you pay a bit more for the Apple refurbished.
