Buying an open boxed item for the first time I was skeptical about but had high hopes for. Purchasing a refurbished MacBook that works practically as if it’s brand new has been in my favor. everything with this item has checked out legit and beyond.

I haven’t had it for very long but I love it. It is so sleek and smooth. Everything about it is perfect!

Works great no flaws. Packaging was perfect and it’s in great condition. Only thing is it doesn’t come with an actual Apple charger but they provide and alternative which works well.

Was very hesitant about purchasing a refurbished item, but I have to say, I am very happy with it - works excellent!! There is a little sign of "wear" on the front, a scratch - but - it works great!!

Very portable and light equipment, but with the performance of a huge equipment. Excellent computer from Apple with quality and beauty. Excellent ratio cost-benefit. Only the screen is small, maybe you'll like to use an external monitor too.

I bought this as a birthday present for my son. Overall, I was pleased with the Macbook. There were a handful of blemishes on the top cover, but primarily cosmetic (one small dent and a handful of scratches). It booted up fine, and I was able to set up with minimal issues. My primary complaint and the only reason I won't give 5 stars, is that when I checked the battery health and found that the battery was degraded down to 86%. That was not an expectation from a "Geek Squad Refurbished". Otherwise, seems like a good solution to go via this route vs. purchasing new when you are on a budget.
