The computer is not working, and they don’t want to refund me

This laptop is great for college students. It's quick , inexpensive and has a good display. The battery life is great and instead of getting the 256 gb. I recommend getting the 512gb of storage.

Excellent condition, if I didn’t know it was used I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Long lasting battery and excellent processing speed. Highly recommend

Purchased online and picked up in store the next day. Absolutely incredible value, everything was in perfect condition as described. The battery lasts for a couple days. I use it for school/personal use, so really just browser use. Storage is more than enough for me and the M1 processor is powerful and fast. I think it’s more than enough for what I needed when compared to the later M2 model. I highly recommend this Mac if you just need a strong, fast day to day laptop!!

For being a refurbished MacBook Air, the quality was in excellent condition. You would never know the laptop was previously used. You have to look really hard to notice there was a very tiny chip on the top of the laptop but other than that it is in near perfect condition.

Great packaging, great condition, battery checked out normal and lasts as long as I would expect it to last. The M1 chip lasts significantly longer than the Intel chip, and that battery life was already really good to begin with.

I love my MacBook! Getting an apple computer is a huge upgrade from my secondhand chromebook I had been using for the last decade. It arrived at my door earlier than anticipated, in excellent condition. I couldn't be more pleased with the process.

A very practical and easy to use phone, it has a good size and is very fast, it has a good security system and a good camera

A very good laptop but my screen has so many pixels that aren't showing correct colors. I barely used this laptop and a few months without using it, I came back and saw many vertical pixels showing the wrong colors. My battery is barely ~82 cycles.

Wrong color was sent to me. I had to drive to a nearest BestBuy store for a quick return. Can't review the unit. I did not even turn it on. I found a NEW unit not too much more. Good thing I could return it without a restocking fee.
