The best laptop I have purchased in years :)! I live outside the country and this machine has impressed me with the battery life and speed and features I was not expecting! No issues whatsoever.

My cousin needed a new laptop for school and considering how studious she is I truly believe she deserved one. With that said these laptops can be really expensive so to find a refurbished one that works so well was a great blessing. Still works well years later.

Great condition, works wonderfully! No complaints. Came with 1 or 2 very small dents that are hardly noticeable on the back but it doesn't affect me.

Works perfectly apart from an annoying dead pixel in the middle of the screen. No noticeable cosmetic issues. Great battery life.

Great product that's still on hood condition. Can't tell the difference between it and a brand new lap top. The price was also affordable.

Bought this for my son for his birthday. Although refurbished, it looked brand new and so far it works great. I would recommend Best Buy’s refurbished if looking to save a few $$.

This items is excellent! A little older than I wanted but not bad. Speed, battery life, and display are great. I can text anyone who has an iPhone (I miss being able to text anyone from my computer)

I use it to DJ mostly. I have Rekordbox, SeratoDJPro, SoundSwitch, Spotify, and Tidal installed along with 6,000 plus songs (Not that big of library because I damaged my old computer at a gig and did not back up all my music) it’s been working great so far. Serato lags/skips for a split second from time to time but I think it is due to using Apple Music to stream song requests. I love this computer but definitely will be upgrading soon.

Very portable and light equipment, but with the performance of a huge equipment. Excellent computer from Apple with quality and beauty. Excellent ratio cost-benefit. Only the screen is small, maybe you'll like to use an external monitor too.

Love this. I love getting a geek squad refurbished MacBook. I feel like I’m apart of a great secret. I got my sister a refurbished MacBook and it lasted her literally 9 years!!!! I have never purchased a MacBook brand new, I always look at open box/geek squad certified or refurbished. I loved this particular MacBook because of the finger unlocking feature.

The condition is A1. Still one of the best values available. I currently own a M2 Pro Mac mini and this increases my portability.

Bought this refurbished MacBook M1 for my wife and we’re really happy with it. It looks and feels like brand new — no scratches, super clean, and everything works perfectly. We actually had an issue with the laptop originally sent, but because we purchased the my Best Buy membership the geek squad fixed us up better than ever. The geek who helped us was extremely kind and patient. I left there so thankful.

So far the new laptop is great. Geek squad helped me to set up programs. Very satisfied with purchase

I have had this computer for a month now, and I could not be more satisfied. I needed an upgrade, and this was perfect for the price. The only issue is it came with a scratch on the top of the computer, sort of close to the Apple symbol, but I am not really bothered by it.
