This was great value for the condition I received it in. Looks absolutely spotless on the outside and inside. No issues with the hardware or software. Thanks for an affordable laptop that’s not an eye sore and one that I can trust to be reliable!

For the price, it’s a very speedy laptop that gets pretty much almost anything anyone could want to do done. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend you stretch it out of it and try to get this refurbished so that you can get a great experience.

I feel like over the product is great though there was a scratch on my screen that is rather bothersome and the entirety of the chassis has scratches on it. I though it was excellent condition but ig it was never specified so I'm not too upset. Overall perfect machine for my daily use so I recommend if you can get over the scratches and dents

Overall, I’m happy to have this. Battery life was 90%. Scratches and dents are acceptable but a little more than I expected. Given the price, this was a good deal.

The computer looks and runs like new. I use it primarily for work- lots of Office product use, online EMR system, emails, etc.... Runs very fast- I've had no issues with lag time. It lets me have multiple open tabs and apps running.

Best computer I ever owned. Most lightweight laptop for carrying in a backpack. Got it for a great price and used it all throughout college. I finally had to upgrade due to getting a job in AI that required a faster processor and better specs. I miss this computer!

The description said gold, but it is actually rose gold. I am not a pink lover, so that was disappointing. There are some blemishes on the outside, but over all a good purchase. I will purchase refurbished again.

My MacBook Air came basically brand new. Couldn't even tell it was used!!

Honestly I am just in love with it. I did my research and know that I wanted a M1 Chip or newer MacBook Air. The one I receive is in excellent condition. I work from home once an week and use my MacBook often along with opening up Microsoft programs. So far no issues and loving how long the battery lasts!

Recharging the battery is slower than desired. Albeit when finally charged the battery life is great.

For a windows user, It was a good experience use a MacBook but just it's not for me I don't wanna be involved only in one ecosystem even if is excellent. I like the liberty of use windows, and i found a better option on windows for almost the same price. It's not a good option in 2026 because you won't get support after a couple years.

Per her request, we bought this for our 15 year old as a Christmas gift. She uses it for school and play. Great system!
