I`m happy with my purchase.Excellent condition, like new.

I bought this as a birthday present for my son. Overall, I was pleased with the Macbook. There were a handful of blemishes on the top cover, but primarily cosmetic (one small dent and a handful of scratches). It booted up fine, and I was able to set up with minimal issues. My primary complaint and the only reason I won't give 5 stars, is that when I checked the battery health and found that the battery was degraded down to 86%. That was not an expectation from a "Geek Squad Refurbished". Otherwise, seems like a good solution to go via this route vs. purchasing new when you are on a budget.

This is the first Mac laptop I have had. I love the size and color. I having to learn how to use it but so far it is great. I’m not one that was brought up on computers so all this is new to me. I’m still learning the terms too which is difficult. I will get it eventually.

This device is worth the money and serves the purpose but had small superficial scratches.

As a refurbished product I wasn't expecting perfection by any means, but I was pleasantly surprised! Not a scratch on it and it works like new.

Purchased my refurbished 2020 m1 Air when it went on sale. I cant believe this is the entry level for Macbooks. The build quality is fantastic and the performance is better than any Windows laptop I’ve ever had.

My laptop works perfectly. No issues at all so far. It was refurbished so it did come with a couple scratches. All in all for the price and performance it was a good deal!!
