Will never buy another refurbished item again. It’s never worked right .

Getting this Refurbished MacBook Air has been one of the best decisions for my school year. I was a little hesitant at first about buying a refurbished laptop, but this thing feels and works like it's brand new. The Apple M1 chip is seriously fast. I can have a dozen tabs open for research, be working on a paper in Word, and have a lecture video playing in the background without any slowdowns. The battery life is probably the most impressive part. I can go through a full day of classes and studying on campus without even thinking about bringing charger with me. It's easy to carry, which is perfect for moving it around from class to class. Beyond school, it's been awesome for everything else, too. Scrolling through social media, streaming shows, and video chatting with friends is incredibly smooth. The 256GB is plenty of space for all my school files and photos, and the 8GB of memory handles multitasking like a pro. The display is bright, making everything from reading articles to watching YouTube videos look great. Honestly, for a student on a budget, this refurbished MacBook Air is an absolute game-changer.

Computer was marked as Refurbished but shift key does not work and continuously makes noise and has glitches. Just opened it and not returnable. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Buy directly from Apple. Never buy one from Best Buy. These are not Refurbished...they are junk.

I ordered space gray, but received rose gold. But it did seem to work and had zero scratches, and were very helpful and quick in issuing a return

I had bought a 2023 Mac book air and they sent me a 2017 model called them back for them to say take it to a store and my new one would be ready in a week. They then sent me the wrong charger for the laptop so I had to go back to the store to exchange charger now and they do not wanna own up to the two mistakes and give me a gift card back for my troubles. I will never spend any more money at Best Buy!

Not sure how something can be refurbished and not work

Completely unsatisfied with this purchase. I got the wrong color. And the agent at the store is telling me that this is what I was order . So funny

MacBook works. Came in very dirty and with a not useable charger. Computer was caked with dried food and black residue. Charger was frayed and dirty also. Before use had to go & purchase a new charger.

Never Never Never buy a refurbished Mac from BestBuy. I bought one last November and within a month it kept freezing up. By the time I decided to do something about it the 90 day warranty expired. It’s a hardware bug that even Apple won’t fix. Good bye $600 and my business BestBuy.

Honestly was looking forward to it when it got shipped and I got it, soon as I opened and tested it out it was terrible it has sticky keys and things as crumbs where still stuck underneath the keyboard, I get that it was refurbished but it could have at least been detailed

Battery was faulty and I did not appreciate the hassle of shipping it again.

Laptop was not in any great condition at all. Lots of trash inside when I opened it and had sticky stuff all over it. Really horrible experience.

Received laptop with broken charger, no packaging. Don’t buy it. geek squad refubrished items are just used. Not even cleaned. Owful feeling.

Of course I bought a refurbished but some keys are not working well. I went to the Apple Store and got it cleaned but they told me I might need a new keyboard. Please be awake of these purchases.

The computer is not working, and they don’t want to refund me

This laptop is great for college students. It's quick , inexpensive and has a good display. The battery life is great and instead of getting the 256 gb. I recommend getting the 512gb of storage.

Purchased online and picked up in store the next day. Absolutely incredible value, everything was in perfect condition as described. The battery lasts for a couple days. I use it for school/personal use, so really just browser use. Storage is more than enough for me and the M1 processor is powerful and fast. I think it’s more than enough for what I needed when compared to the later M2 model. I highly recommend this Mac if you just need a strong, fast day to day laptop!!

Excellent condition, if I didn’t know it was used I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Long lasting battery and excellent processing speed. Highly recommend

For being a refurbished MacBook Air, the quality was in excellent condition. You would never know the laptop was previously used. You have to look really hard to notice there was a very tiny chip on the top of the laptop but other than that it is in near perfect condition.
