Great laptop. My professors told me I would need the newest, fastest, and best MacBook model - but this laptop has done everything I need and more. For 1/4th of the price! I would 100% purchase again. Best Buy’s shipping is quick (seriously, you can’t beat two day delivery) and they package it perfectly for the trip.

OK, So this Mac is the same one that was issued to me at work, and it was a huge hurdle to get used to using a Mac, then the m1 chip presented all the issues with compatibility. Oh man, it took me three docks before I found one that let me use my multiple monitor setup. But it runs amazingly, and it never locks up, and I run so much crap all at once. Also, I was worried about buying a used MacBook, but its been the best money spent.

I like to buy refurbished because buying brand new just feels like a waste of money, this computer is legit brand new, ive had it for a few months now and it's perfect. I bought it because I'm gonna be a college freshman in the fall and needed something reliable and this is perfect.

I always wanted a MacBook, but didn’t want to spend the top premium dollars that Apple is asking for. This laptop showed up in excellent condition, for such a great deal.!

My 13" MacBook Air was always in use by my wife so I picked this up as an extra laptop for the house and couldn't be happier. Battery life is MUCH better and I am really enjoying the multifunction touchbar

This MacBook Pro was an excellent condition and only had a few minor scratches on the outside. These scratches had zero effect on performance. Set up took just a few minutes and I was up and running in no time.

My Refurbished MacBook Pro 13" was almost as new, not a single scratch or damage whatsoever. Battery at 100%, everything working as it should so far.

Great for its price, still amazing in 2026 screen is great, and it also has a mini display for the top bars on the keyboard, and it is very thin

Quality is like brand new and perfect investment if you’re in a budget but don’t want to spend full price for the “latest model” no lags or hiccups since purchase (I’ve had it since December)

So far this M1 MacBook Pro has been able to handle everything I’ve needed it for. For being almost 5 years old it has been surprisingly quick at pulling up applications. I know with 8GB of ram it will likely not run multiple large programs at once so multitasking may be limited. Otherwise, the base M1 processor is quite sufficient for daily tasks.

This mac exceeded my expectations. It looked almost new and ran smoothly from the start. Everything feels quick and responsive, and the battery easily gets me through a full day. For a refurbished laptop, this is a really solid find and worth it.

I got this laptop for my brother and he seems to be enjoying and appreciating the quality of the certified refurbished macbook pro

It was good until the next 2 weeks the charger cable started to fail and it wouldn't charge, siri doesn't work or hear you and sometimes when searching things on the browser it takes a while to load even though your wifi connection is good.

I loved the computer. It is light, fast and very cute.

The MacBook arrived very clean and well packaged without any scratches or physically visible damage, the state of the battery at 93% and with everything else working correctly, the charger is used a little dirty and with marks of use but it works very well. So far you haven't had any problems with it, I've been using it for work and study and everything is going very well.

My daughter loves this computer ,she uses it for school assignments, runs great and goid price. I would buy another one.
