The repair costs more than what I bought it from both the Apple Store and Best Buy. I’m starting to regret buying this because I am a college student and now I am without a computer because of no fault of my own. If I could give 0 stars I would.

As soon as I took it out and went to turn it on the screen was damaged. It’s possible it was damaged during transit because it was not secured or protected very well in the packaging.

When the info was placed into the electronic system, the address was updated to an old address that was on file with my account. I called Geek Squad support DAILY to remedy the issue. We finally got the shipping address corrected, only to have UPS decide to return the laptop to Best Buy. A week of my time wasted. And now I have to wait 5-10 days for a refund before I can buy a different laptop. Buy in person from Best Buy or don’t buy at all.

The charger/cable was simply thrown in the box and was dirty. So the opening of the box presentation was very weak because of the power adapter however the MacBook itself was perfect, which is what matter the most to me.

Never got it home. Geek Squad foind issues with it before i even got to use it.
