Best Buy billed me for shipping when they said it was free -1 Star. The shift key is stuck and cannot be cleaned -1 Star. The screen has little scratches and rub marks from the keyboard -1 Star. I have to return this MacBook in order to get credit to buy a replacement -1 Star. So far no good. Hoping the replacement I ordered is better.

The repair costs more than what I bought it from both the Apple Store and Best Buy. I’m starting to regret buying this because I am a college student and now I am without a computer because of no fault of my own. If I could give 0 stars I would.

As soon as I took it out and went to turn it on the screen was damaged. It’s possible it was damaged during transit because it was not secured or protected very well in the packaging.
